European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning


EARLALL is the name for the European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning.

     Set up in Brussels the 11th October 2001, its main function is to carry out scientific and pedagogical activities within the framework of policies related to lifelong learning.

    EARLALL is a non-profit making international association, with its headquarters located in Belgium, and governed by the Belgian law of 23rd October 1919, altered by the Law of 6th December 1954.

     The association’s main task is to develop a collaboration among its members within the framework of policies related to lifelong learning, in order to contribute in the local and regional dimensions of these policies. Besides, it tries to establish a close co-operation relation with the institutions of the European Union and public institutions and international organisations that are important in the framework of lifelong learning.
